Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort in April 2018 – Nears Completion

After months of anticipation, the day is fast approaching when the Fess Parker Hotel, established in 1986, will be reintroduced as the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort. The two phases of the interior renovation, which started in October 2017, are set to be completed in April, with a grand opening event scheduled for late May. The extensive renovation process included full refurbishment of the guest rooms, lobby, Roundhouse Restaurant, Java Del Mar (the resort’s grab-and-go coffee bar), two ballrooms and their foyers, numerous meeting rooms, and nearby public restrooms.

With renovations near conclusion, the Fess Parker and Hilton teams and the Santa Barbara community all eagerly await the transformation of the iconic beachfront resort. With its Spanish-infused architecture, ocean views, impeccable service, extensive meeting spaces, and proximity to local Santa Barbara attractions, one thing is certain: the landmark resort can only go up from here.
