NODE BRINGS NEXT GENERATION OF CURATED CO-LIVING TO LOS ANGELES WITH NEWEST ECHO PARK DEVELOPMENT

Los Angeles, CA — December 13, 2018 — Global co-living owner and operator, Node, will unveil its newest curated co-living apartment residences in Echo Park in December 2018, marking the first west coast venture for the brand. The new curated living space offers the benefits of co-living, but with thoughtfully designed private apartments and dedicated community curators, whose mission is to foster roommate matching, friendships and social events for the vibrant community of residents at Node properties worldwide.

The restored bungalow courts, nestled on Sunset Boulevard between Silver Lake and downtown, will offer one-bedroom bungalows and 2 to 3-bedroom town home units featuring private patios and communal spaces.

Designed by the LA team of global design firm DesignAgency, each bungalow apartment is fully furnished, bright and airy with high pitch ceilings that feature original Douglas Fir beams, a private patio, a communal residents’ deck and a high-spec kitchen with a retro Smeg refrigerator.  Hi-speed WiFi, Google Home, air conditioning, in-unit washer/dryer and utilities are all included.

Prices start at $2,850+ and are all inclusive of utilities and furnishings, allowing residents to move into an ‘Instagram ready’ interior designed home with a dedicated Node community curator to help them settle in. Each Node Los Angeles residence is uniquely curated and no two units are the same.

The Los Angeles property is located on two sets of 1900’s Bungalow Courts — an endangered architectural style pioneered by LA architect Sylvanus Marston, which encompasses a series of small, detached bungalow homes arranged to define a shared court and designed to foster an instant community amongst neighbors. With only 350 left in Los Angeles, the Node and DesignAgency teams worked to preserve the structures and keep the original buildings, yet fit them for a new trend in urban living.

The Node residences and their curated living lifestyle are already a huge success in other parts of the world. With hundreds of units in locations throughout New York, London, Dublin and Canada, further expansion is planned globally.

“Our curated living concept layered on top of a co-living platform offers the ultimate lifestyle choice for our residents. Peace of mind, excitement and long-lasting friendships are being created everyday with the dedication of our community curators. The final product is an emotionally exciting design in a great location that people are proud to call home. The style pays homage to early LA architecture and will further the unique sense of community amongst residents – which it was intended to do from its conception 100 years ago,” said Anil Khera, Founder and CEO of Node.
