Executive Chef Steve Benjamin designed the limited-time menu with decadent Chinese-inspired dishes, including Shrimp Egg Rolls, Duck Confit Lunar Dumplings, Dim Sum and Samosa, Baby Short Ribs, Steam Buns, Chinese Egg Tarts, Cheesecake, and Orange Almond Tofu, paired with TEALEAVES tea. The limited-time menu is offered at $85, or $110 with a champagne pairing.

TEALEAVES created this collaboration in order to inspire celebration, bringing members of different communities and backgrounds together to learn the history and traditions behind Lunar New Year. The Lunar New Year tea menu offers carefully curated traditional blends from TEALEAVES to honor and celebrate new beginnings.
