Austin graduated from The University of Southern California with degrees in Psychology and Kinesiology. During her time at USC, Austin was exceptionally involved in academic and athletic endeavors. Following a career ending injury, yet determined to stay athletically involved, Austin began working for The USC Athletic Department, working closely with the marketing team, which she credits for planting the roots for what her PR career is today. An avid traveler, fitness guru, and sports fan, Austin’s PR expertise lie in the fields of hospitality/travel, health/fitness, and sports. Her clients include Marriott International, The St. Regis Bora Bora, Gloveworx, and Lagree Fitness. She has executed many successful PR campaigns, securing media coverage in international, national, regional, local and trade media across print, broadcast, and online. Austin has been key for implementing strategic partnerships with brands such as American Airlines, Under Armour, Lululemon, Nigel Barker, among others, resulting in profitable results for her clients. Austin also serves as Director of Social Media. In addition to overseeing clients accounts, Austin’s knowledge and experience enables her to consult with clients marketing teams to develop creative, brand leveraging social media campaigns.
